Whilst you and your guests relax and enjoy the event, we take the photographs and print them on site ready for you to buy
We photograph guests in our studio against a large white or colour background. We can also take informal shots of guests as they enjoy the event.
Guests are able to view and choose their images instantly on our touch screen monitors. Photos are then printed in a choice of colour, black and white or sepia and presented in quality mounts and clear bags ready to take home. There is no obligation to buy.
There is no charge to you for us to attend. Photo size and prices can be adjusted to suit your event. Prints can be customized in many ways to include logos, event/sponsor information or a special border reflecting the theme of your event.
We can tailor make a package for you, for example you may wish the price of the photo to be included in admission or any other special requests unique to your event. We are flexible and adaptable, please email or phone to discuss your requirements.
Proms
Earn 10% commission for your school from all on the night sales.
We photograph at many proms throughout the South East. Staff are CRB checked and carry Public Liability Insurance. Book early to avoid disappointment.
Charity Events/Fundraising
We will gladly donate 10% from photos sold on the night to your charity or fundraising event.
Online sales
Photos are printed in one size only on the night. If pre-agreed with the events organizer all images can also be viewed and purchased online. Various photo sizes and canvas prints can be ordered SECURELY direct from your online album which can be password protected.
